Calgary, Alberta, Canada (Signal High) —– A Canadian (Calgary) police officer has been charged with stealing more than ten thousand dollars worth of goods from local hardware stores. The thefts and fraud were allegedly committed over a one year period. Calgary Police Constable Bradley Tepper has been relieved of duty and charged with theft over $5,000, and fraud over $5,000. Tepper, 52, is a twenty year veteran of the Calgary Police. He is scheduled to appear in court September 24.
