Part 1 – Introduction

1.1 Welcome to Ping!, an online store dedicated to the sale of official company merchandise, and journalist supply.  These policies, terms, and conditions apply to all purchases made through Ping!. By making a purchase, you agree to these policies, terms, and conditions. If you do not agree with any of them, you will not be able to make a purchase on Ping!

1.2 We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these policies, terms, and conditions at any time and without prior notice. It is the user’s responsibility to periodically review these terms and conditions to be aware of any changes.

Part 2 – Store Information

2.1 Ping! is owned and operated by Signal High News Corporation [more].

2.2 Ping! is administered from our headquarters, with distributed production and fulfilment functions.  You can contact Ping! management [here].

3.1 All prices displayed on Ping! are in U.S. Dollars (USD), and do not include applicable taxes, shipping, handling, or other charges, unless stipulated.

3.2 We strive to offer a wide range of payment methods, popular and convenient; accordingly, we change payment options from time to time.  The platform presents the payment methods available at time of sale.

3.3 Payment will be made at the time of purchase. Once payment has been made, a confirmation email will be sent to the user.

Part 4 – Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Products will be shipped to the address provided by the user at the time of purchase. The shipping cost will be calculated based on the delivery address and the weight of the product.  Unless otherwise stipulated at the time of sale, the user is responsible for the cost of shipping.

4.2 We make every effort to deliver products within the timeframe indicated in the product description; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping service provider.  Where a delivery timeframe is not specified, either in the product description or in any other place on the platform, the delivery timeframe shall be four to six weeks from date of sale.

4.3 The user is responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. If the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the user will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

4.4 If the package is lost during shipping, we will do our best to resolve the issue. If we cannot locate the package, we will provide a replacement or full refund to the user, at our option.

Part 5 – Returns and Refunds

5.1 If the user is not satisfied with their purchase, they can return the product within thirty calendar days from the date of delivery. The product must be in the same condition as when it was received, unused, and in its original packaging.

5.2 The user is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we have received the product, we will provide a full refund within thirty days.

5.3 Customized products, or products that have been used, will not be refunded.

Part 6 – Intellectual Property

6.1 All content on Ping!, including images, texts, and designs, is the property of Signal High News Corporation and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Reproduction, distribution, display, transmission, or exploitation of any content from Ping! without our express written permission is prohibited.

Part 8 – Limitation of Liability

8.1 We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that may result from the use or inability to use Ping!.

8.2 We do not guarantee that Ping! is free of errors or viruses, or that access to it will be uninterrupted.

8.3 In no event will our liability exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

Part 9 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

9.1 These policies, terms, and conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any provisions on conflict of laws.

9.2 Any dispute arising in connection with these policies, terms, and conditions will be exclusively resolved in the courts of Lewes, Delaware.

Part 10 – General Provisions

10.1 These policies, terms, and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the user and Signal High News Corporation regarding the use of Ping! and supersede any prior agreements.

10.2 If any provision of these policies, terms, and conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted to reflect, to the greatest extent possible, the original intent of the parties, and the other provisions will remain valid and enforceable.

10.3 The failure to exercise any right or provision of these policies, terms, and conditions will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
