Cold StartSignal High Radio (WXRE-DB) is in cold start. This is to say that we are working out the network and technical challenges normally associated with this kind of initiative. We are building broadcast and streaming partnerships, experimenting with artificial intelligence (AI) voiceover technologies, and broadcasting exclusively pre-recorded content. We will improve. We launched the station in May, 2025, with the airing of In the News this Week, with Burke Langley. The broadcast featured top news items for the week ending May 16. We will be building on this success to template the show, building best practices and deploying the skills and resources required to make it the best news commentary on the internet — presenting live broadcasts with live (human) journalists, call-in shows, contests, client product and service advertising, public service announcements, and more.
