Management Structure
Signal High News Corporation is driven by two major divisions, News and Sales — each led by a senior vice-president. They are supported by five smaller divisions, each led by a director. The following chart illustrates our organizational structure by management function. This is not a communications tree or full organizational chart as many positions are double-hatted, anticipatory, staffed part-time, contracted, or through community engagement.

Leadership
Good leadership knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way. It is not a license to do less, but a responsibility to do more. While the bureaucrats, dictators and politicians of the world say “Go,” our leaders says “Let’s Go!!” Everything we do is in the relentless pursuit of truth.
We engage leaders to decision and direct under pressure. We account through a flat management structure that puts resources and decisioning authority as close to the front line as possible. Like most small business organizations, we have a lot of work to do and very few people to do it. So let’s get to work. |
