Signal High Radio (WXRE-DB) is in cold start. This is to say that we are working out the network and technical challenges normally associated with this kind of initiative. We are building broadcast and streaming partnerships, experimenting with artificial intelligence (AI) voiceover technologies, and broadcasting exclusively pre-recorded content. We will improve.
