Company History
Signal High News Corporation started off as Signal High Networks Inc. in Niagara Falls, Canada – established August 8, 2017. With the goal of operating an alternative news wire, we reported on police violence and corruption, lack of accountability in government, and the failures of contemporary media. We were founded as a news media organization and not an activist group; however, we quickly earned the reputation of being aggressive, intensive and relentless in the pursuit of truth.
We investigated contentious news stories, never afraid to expose the whole truth. We started by researching stories, writing articles, and selling them to other publications. We built a following and incurred threats from authorities. We relied on good sources and quality analysis, and continue to do so today.
BadCop.Online was introduced to a limited trial audience on February 26, 2021, as a streaming news production. It gained momentum reporting on the highly contentious and controversial deaths of Eric Garner, Javier Ambler, Manuel Ellis, Elijah McClain, George Floyd, and countless others who had fallen victim. It exposed corruption, concealment and crooked cops. The model we developed for BadCop.Online has since been applied to other online publications as well.
Since inception, we have grown from one small streaming publication to many — from a small basement operation to a global force for truth — incorporating radio and studio broadcasting, simulcast and streamed around the world. We found a home in New York City and later in Delaware, walking away from Canada in favour of U.S. incorporation. Today we are almost entirely decentralized — a bunch of digital nomads, one might say; however, we have remained true to our roots: we report the news that matters — we relentlessly pursue truth.

Good leadership knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way. It is not a license to do less, but a responsibility to do more. While the bureaucrats, dictators and politicians of the world say “Go,” our leaders says “Let’s Go!!” Everything we do is in the relentless pursuit of truth. We engage leaders to make rapid decisions, right decisions, and relevant decisions. We account through a flat and streamlined management system that puts resources and decisioning authority as close to the front line as possible. Like most small business organizations, we have a lot of work to do and very few people to do it, so many key positions are “double-hatted.”
