Advertising Sales Representatives build and manage customer accounts, ensure satisfaction and earn repeat business. Not only are they the face of the company, they are the key to the market. They are expert on our publications, stations and lines of business. They know our readers, listeners, viewers and subscribers. They work closely with our clients to ensure their brands, products and services are properly represented and placed into our news network.
We truly treasure our clients and genuinely care about their success. We earn their business. Success is earned through hard-work, dedication and loyalty to our clients. The successful candidate(s) will agree with how we feel about our clients. Experience and established networks preferred, but we will give ‘newbies’ a chance too, if they impress us. Understanding business to business sales a must. It goes without saying that you will be able to negotiate, pitch sales, grow our network of customers, etc. This is not easy work, but it can be very gratifying – and profitable.
This role can be successfully executed from a home office, office-on-wheels or by a nomad. We provide a solid technological infrastructure in a lead-protected environment, administrative support and active outreach and interaction measures. You can work as much or as little as you wish, carrying as many accounts as you wish. We set no quota enabling part-time and casual workers.
