/PG/ Paris [France] (Signal High) for BadCop.Online —– Police in Paris ended a peaceful gathering with grenades, tear gas and flash-bang projectiles when hundreds assembled to protest police brutality and the killing of Wanys R. and Nahel M. – two teenagers who died at the hands of law enforcement. Wanys R. was struck down by a police car while on his scooter on March 13, and Nahel M. was shot at near point blank range during a civil protest. Both were teenagers, both non-white.
According to police, one of the protesters launched a molotov cocktail at a police station; however, this never appeared on any video and reports from police officials tended not to support this claim. This reporter will follow up and try to identify the officers who deployed these draconian tactics on a peaceful rally. It is against French law to identify police officers who commit crimes, but this writer is committed to the relentless pursuit of truth.
This writer suggests Americans avoid France as a destination until their police forces are brought under control.
